Refund and Returns Policy
1. Services
We understand that content creation is a creative process, and sometimes situations arise where the results may not meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our content, we offer you the opportunity to request revisions or edits within the framework of our standard revision policy.
- We provide one free revision for each project if the results do not meet the agreed-upon expectations or deliverables.
- If revisions do not resolve the issue, and you are still not satisfied with the result, we may offer a partial refund. The refund process will be discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project.
2. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the service was not provided within the agreed-upon time frame or if the content was not delivered as per the agreement, despite all efforts to correct the issue.
- If the order is canceled before work has started, we will issue a full refund, minus any administrative fees, if applicable.
- If work has already begun or been completed, a refund may be possible only in cases of non-compliance with the agreed-upon results, and will be issued after a detailed review of the situation.
3. Return Process and Timelines
If you wish to request a refund or revision, please contact us within 7 business days from the receipt of the content. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund or revision process:
- Contact our team via email or through the contact form on our website, providing a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction.
- We will review your request and offer a solution (content revision, partial refund, or other options).
- In case of a refund, the process may take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
4. Exceptions
Refunds or revisions do not apply in the following cases:
- After the work is completed and content has been approved without any feedback or complaints.
- If the project has been delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications, and the concerns are related to personal preferences rather than quality.
- If the client failed to provide necessary information or materials in a timely manner.
